About me
My first experiment began when I started taking photos of my toy cars at the age of eight with my first camera, an Olympus Trip 35. Honestly, I followed my creative impulses rather than focusing on proper lighting and composition. Things got interesting when my uncle, who happened to be the chief designer and photographer of the Creative Service department at the Cholera Research Institute of Bangladesh, called me over after processing the film. He seemed quite amazed by the results.
My inspiration and one-on-one coaching then began with another uncle, who was a renowned photojournalist. From there, my journey with the “black box” began. These days, I engage in portrait, event, and food photography.
When capturing portraits, it’s fascinating to observe how a portrait can reveal the inner inclinations and passions of an individual’s mind. Beyond corporate portraits, personal glamour portraits and romantic/couple portraits can capture the beauty and precious memories of people’s lives through precise lighting and expression. Making a client happy with the outcome from my camera—compared to what they see in their everyday mirrors—and satisfying them with the refinement of post-production through my graphic design skills gives me the contentment of making someone’s day. This is the kind of fulfillment every creative soul aspires to achieve.
